Day 2

1 egg, cooked without oil

100gram of cottage cheese
2 slices of low calorie, low carb bread
Dinner
1 cups of green vegetables
½ of a banana
1 cup of sugar-free vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast
4 Saltine Crackers
1 slice of cheese
1 grapefruit
Lunch
120gram of tuna, no added oil
2 slices of low calorie, low carb bread
Dinner
1 cup of tuna OR 1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of cauliflower or green vegetables
1 apple
1 cup of sugar-free vanilla ice cream

Note:

– Use sugar-free cream;
– Do not use such food items in the diet: sauces (ketchup, vinegar and oil, etc.), milk and dairy products (excluding ice cream), soft drinks and soda;
– Drink lots of water, green tea and have enough sleep every day (7-8 hours).
