Tips for bruise treatment

In daily life, bruises are extremely common and unavoidable. It is due to an impact, injury or painful bump. Here are some suggested tips for quickly removing bruises.

Ice the bruise

Ice

Icing your bruise is the very first step toward healing it because less blood will leak into the surrounding tissue when you cool the blood vessels around the bruised area. Bruise treatment by ice has been known for a very long time, especially with those who play sports.
Method is very simple. Ice your bruise for about 15 minutes every few hours for the first few days after incurring a bruise. Icing reduces inflammation and swelling. It helps the bruise heal quickly.

Apply a warm compress

After reducing inflammation with ice, you can apply a warm compress (not hot) directly to the bruise. This heat opens up blood vessels, which increases blood flow and supplies oxygen and nutrients to reduce pain in joints and relax sore muscles, ligaments, and tendons. As a result, the healing process will be sped up.
This heat method is more common for children and the elder because this group easily gets hypothermia if we use ice.

Boil an egg until it’s hard, the yolk shouldn’t be runny.
Crack the egg open, slice it and remove the yolk.
Wrap the egg along with a silver ring in a light handkerchief or napkin. Do this quickly so the egg is still warm, a cold egg will not help.
