Unexplained weight loss, difficult swallowing or breast change, etc. are symptoms which you need to pay attention because this may be the initial manifestation of cancer.
Unexplained weight loss
All women are usually happy to lose weight but do not know that it can be a hazard. If you lose weight fast out of diet (5 kg a month), it may be a result of the intensity of thyroid disease, diabetes, tuberculosis and cancer.
Mammary change
Most women are able to identify the lumps in the breast but it is not the only symptom of cancer. If you see the change in the nipple or any nipple exudations (but not in period of lactating), then see your doctor immediately.
Menorrhagia or menstrual disorders
Premenopausal women tend to ignore the vaginal bleeding problems because they are often confused and think it is menstruation. If the vaginal bleeding appears frequently or between the periods, you should go check because it can be a symptom of endometrial cancer, gastrointestinal bleeding or bowel cancer.
Skin changes
If lots of bruising appear on your skin or excessive scaling turns up, you should get tested. It’s difficult to determine how long you must go to the doctor for checking after seeing the changes in the skin, but most experts recommend to not wait for more than a few weeks.
Bleeding in the unusual position
If you see blood in your urine or stool, do not think of hemorrhoids because it can be a sign of large intestine cancer. Therefore, when you see blood in the toilet, probably from the vagina but not in the menstrual period, you should check for bladder cancer or kidney cancer.
Fever
If prolonged fever is not due to the flu or other infections, you may think of the cancer. Fever usually occurs after the cancer has spread from its original location. Fever is often an early sign of blood cancer such as leukemia or lymphoma.
Tiredness
Fatigue is a vague symptoms which may lead to cancer or occurs due to a series of other problems. Fatigue often appears when the cancer has progressed, but it can also turn up earlier in some other cancers such as leukemia, cancer of the colon or stomach.
